Lester & Associates is a firm dedicated to the rights of consumers harassed by illegal debt collection practices as well as the injured and wrongful death accident victims.

  We have represented individuals and families of those injured or killed in accidents ranging from defective products, automobile accidents, or on the job injuries.  We will try to negotiate prompt settlements with insurance companies but if we cannot reach a reasonable settlement we will and do go to court for our clients. We have never and do not represent any insurance companies.  We only represent individuals as plaintiffs.

All injury cases representation is on a contingency basis; therefore, we do not charge a fee unless and until we get our client a money settlement or judgment. Consumer cases may be for a fee and/or contingent depending on the state and the circumstances of the particular case.
