A few words about the law firm. Everyone that works with or at Lester & Associates fights every day on the side of consumers harassed by illegal debt collection practices or those hurt or killed by some person or company’s carelessness.

In the case of debt collectors that violate the law we go to court for you and often counter sue for violations  of  State and/or Federal law.

In the case of injury and death cases we try to negotiate prompt settlements with insurance companies. If they do not agree to a reasonable settlement we will and do go to court and trial if necessary.

We have never and do not now represented insurance companies or debt buyer companies. 

We only represent people.

If my firm does represent you in an injury case that is always paid at the end of the case  on a contingency basis; therefore, we do not charge a fee unless and until we get our client a money settlement or judgment.

If my firm does represent you in a consumer case depending on the violations and the state it may be for a fee and/or contingency depending on the state and the circumstances of the particular case.
