We only represent people. We have never represented insurance companies or debt collection companies. If my firm does represent you in a consumer case, depending on the violations and the state, it may be for a fee and/or contingency depending on the state and the circumstances of the particular case.
In the case of injury and death cases, we try to negotiate prompt settlements with insurance companies. If they do not agree to a reasonable settlement, we will and do go to court and trial if necessary.
